But when I tried to access that environment a few minutes later, regardless which page I invoke or use trac-admin from the command line, all I get is a crash with a trace.

After copying this line to the failing environments trac.ini, it worked again. More strangely, this line disappeared again from that trac.ini afterwards... But as long as everything works fine, I won't complain ;)
