[05:09:40.671497]<mintsauce>I have a very odd problem. A few days ago I added a 'medium' priority (to the existing low, high and critical). It appears in the drop down list on the ticket page fine. However, today I noticed that it was out of order, so went to the admin system to move it up - but it's *not* in the 'Manage Priorities' list at all! Other ticket customisations are still there....
